I have spent years troubleshooting technology in homes and businesses. I know how ridiculous it feels when something as simple as printing turns into error messages, passwords and reconnecting devices.
My goal is simple, get it working, test it with you, and make sure you know what to do before I leave.
BEFORE I ARRIVE
Have the printer available.
No need to move it. I troubleshoot it where you normally use it.
Keep your WiFi password handy.
If the problem involves wireless printing, we will probably need it.
Have one device ready.
Bring the phone, tablet or computer you most want to print from.

Do I need to bring the printer anywhere?
No. This is in-home service. I come to you.
What brands do you work with?
I can help with common home and small-office printers including HP, Canon, Epson and Brother.
What if the printer is actually broken?
I will troubleshoot the issue and tell you if it appears to be a hardware failure or if replacement makes more sense than repair.
Does the $89 include parts?
The $89 covers up to one hour of onsite troubleshooting and setup for one printer. Replacement parts, ink, toner or a new printer are separate if needed.
