I position and securely mount the doorbell for a useful view of the entry, not just wherever the old button happened to be.

I connect the device to your home WiFi and troubleshoot common signal or setup problems.
App Setup
I help get the Ring app configured, test live view and notifications, and make sure you know the basics.
WIRED OR BATTERY?
The right installation depends on what is already at your door.
Battery doorbells give us more freedom to place the camera where it makes sense. Wired models can work well when compatible low-voltage doorbell wiring and power are already available. If I uncover a wiring, transformer or power issue outside the normal installation, I will explain it before any extra work happens.
HOW IT WORKS
Tell me what you bought.
Text the Ring model and, if possible, a photo of the door area and existing doorbell.
We choose the right setup.
I confirm what I expect to need and we pick a service window.
I install and test it.
We verify the view, WiFi, app and notifications together.
APPOINTMENT REQUESTS
Monday through Saturday.
Current working hours are Monday through Thursday, 9 AM to 7 PM, and Friday and Saturday, 10 AM to 3 PM. I am normally closed Sundays. Call or text and I will confirm a time.
