WiFi Help in Memphis, TN

MEMPHIS WI-FI & HOME NETWORK HELP

Your WiFi should reach the rooms where you live.

Dead bedroom? Pool camera offline? Printer disappeared again? I troubleshoot home WiFi where the problem actually happens and help you build a setup that makes sense.

Mesh systems  •   Extenders  •   Device connection problems  •   In-home troubleshooting

I can help with

  • WiFi dead zones and weak rooms
  • Mesh WiFi setup and expansion
  • Extender placement and configuration
  • New router or network setup
  • Printers, cameras and smart devices dropping offline
  • Guest networks and basic device organization

THE REAL PROBLEM

Strong WiFi is not just a faster router.

Coverage

Walls, distance, floor plans and router placement can leave entire parts of a home with weak service.

Connection

A device can show WiFi bars and still fail because of network configuration, band selection, old credentials or setup issues.

Placement

Mesh points and extenders work best when they can still communicate well with the main network. More boxes is not always better.

PRACTICAL, NOT OVERBUILT

I would rather fix the network you have than sell you equipment you do not need.

I start by understanding where the router is, where the problem happens and what devices matter most. Then we test, move, reconnect or expand the network as needed. If new equipment actually makes sense, I will tell you what to buy and why.

BEFORE I ARRIVE

01

Know where the router is.

If possible, have access to the modem, router and any mesh points or extenders.

02

Have the WiFi password.

We may also need the account or app used to manage your router or mesh system.

03

Show me the bad spots.

We test in the rooms and with the devices that are actually giving you trouble.

APPOINTMENT REQUESTS

Monday through Saturday.

Current working hours are Monday through Thursday, 9 AM to 7 PM, and Friday and Saturday, 10 AM to 3 PM. I am normally closed Sundays. Call or text and I will confirm a time.

WI-FI ACTING UP?

Tell me which room or device is giving you trouble.

A quick text with your router or mesh brand and a description of the problem is a perfect start.
